APPOINTMENTS

Please call 250-704-1137 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. If you reach our office after hours you may leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call the next business day.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have an after hours emergency, please call our main office line, a recording will indicate the telephone number Dr. Sims can be reached at directly.

Reserved Appointment Time

Your booked appointment is considered reserved time. We value your time and make great effort to be prepared for your arrival. 48 hours advance notice is required to reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

We consider ourselves to be a referral based practice. Your referrals are a tremendous compliment to us, and we sincerely appreciate your confidence and trust. Thank you! As a service to the community, new patients are welcome to walk-in and set up an appointment.
