Intra Oral Cameras

An intraoral camera is a tiny camera that dentists use to get a closer look at the teeth, gums and other oral structures. This pen-like instrument can take digital photographs and allow you and Dr.Sims to view the digital images on a computer screen.  It can help Dr. Sims find:

• Tooth decay
• Signs of gum disease
• And other abnormalities that could develop in the mouth

Our office uses intraoral cameras to show you which parts of your mouth are healthy as well as areas that need extra care.
